Casa Majore, converted from the interior of a 19th century building in Chiaramonte Gulfi, reconnecting the family history, to the cuisine with rooms on top of the restaurant.

In the 40s and 50s of the last century, in via Martiri Ungheresi, the Majore’s hosted travellers, people such as the magistrate, the elementary school headmaster, merchants and state officials, passing by the seven rooms of the Hotel Stella. The spirit of the old hotel has transferred to via Marconi, with six new apartments: one studio apartment, four two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment. All the apartments are independent and have a small kitchen area with an induction cooker, a fridge, microwave and espresso coffee machine. Breakfast is provided in the apartment, but for lunch and dinner it is possible to go to the restaurant Majore or order room service from the menu, as customary for the house. Every apartment has the name of a fruit grown in the Iblean area: LIMONE (lemon), ARANCIO (orange), ULIVO (olive), MANDORLO (almond), CARRUBO (carob) and MELOGRANO (pomegranate).
