The Residence Borghetto Mediterraneo is an accommodation facility built in June 2016, composed by 5 independent apartments just a few steps away from the sea. In fact, the Residence is located in the south-oriental coast of Sicily and just 80 metres far from the enchanting seashore of Santa Maria del Focallo (Ispica-RG) which has gained the Blue Flag and the Green Flag Award (awarded to those sites suitable for families with children) since 2011: it is a heavenly place where the crystalline water and the long sand beaches blend with the extraordinary natural landscapes and the suggestive wildlife typical of Sicily.

The seashore is definitely enchanting because of the fine sand which gently meets the sea with its shallow, clean and clear water.

A few steps away (100 mt) from the Residence you may find a supermarket, a grocery shop, a café, a Pizzeria Restaurant with wooden oven, a news-stand and a tobacco shop.

All the apartments, recently built, are equipped with all mod cons (TV, air conditioning, washing machine, utensils, electric oven, towels, sheets, pillows and so on) to guarantee all our Guests a perfect and totally relaxing holiday.

Moreover, there is a shared area with garden, sun beds, beach umbrellas and a big barbecue. A free Wi-Fi service is provided to all our Guests.

The Isola delle Correnti Apartment is a two-bedroom apartment provided with two spacious double rooms, en suite bathroom with shower stall, a spacious living room with kitchen, a king size sofa bed and TV. All bedrooms are provided with air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, electric oven, utensils, sheets, pillows and towels for each Guest

The apartment is therefore comfortable for 6 people, considering that the King Size sofa bed is big enough for two guests.

The Alicudi Apartment is a two bedroom apartment provided with a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, a single bedroom with a king size sofa bed, en suite bathroom with shower stall and washing machine, kitchen and spacious living room provided with an extra king size sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, electric oven, utensils, sheets, pillows and towels for each Guest.

The apartment can host from 4 up to 6 people, considering that the two king size sofa beds are quite big.

The apartment can host from 4 up to 6 people, considering that the two king size sofa beds are quite big.

The Pantelleria Apartment is a one bedroom apartment provided with a double room with air conditioning and TV, an open kitchen/living room with single size sofa bed, en suite bathroom with a wide shower stall and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with electric oven, utensils, sheets, pillows and towels for each Guest.

The apartment can host up to 3 people.

Further info concerning the apartments

All the apartments are furnished with new and modern furniture.

Moreover, every apartment is provided with: fridge and freezer, Kitchen utensils (such as colander, ladles, rubbers, pans and pots), salad bowl, big table with 4 chairs, mop and mop bucket to clean, broom and dustpan, drying rack, wardrobes.

The apartment is given clean and provided with sheets, pillows, and a full bath towel set (shower towel, big and medium size towel) for each Guest.

It is possible to ask for extra clean sheets and towels by paying an extra fee, and is it also possible to ask for an extra cleaning service throughout the week by paying an extra fee as well.

The shared area is provided with beach umbrellas, sun beds, baby area and barbecue for your convenience.

Furthermore, our Guests will have a special price to hire and use the sun beds and beach umbrellas  in front of the Residence.
