Program activities
The YOGA Retreat with Andrea and MH OM takes place in the summer of 2018, from 6th to 9th September in Ragusa, Sicily, in the wonderful location Dimora Spartivento, in the heart of the Mediterranean. Behind the views of Ragusa, with Ibla and in front of the whole world of Modica and the sea, immersed in the countryside with its dry stone walls, grazing cows, olive trees.
The experience is aimed at anyone who wants to give himself a space of deep listening and wants to find, through nature, the right connection with the universe.
The yoga practices take place twice a day, in the morning and at sunset, and are accompanied by in-depth insights and moments of meditation. Follow us on Facebook to find out all the details of the program and the experiences we are preparing for you.
The activities are outdoors, by the sea or in other evocative places specially selected by Andrea and MH OM with Yes in Sicily for a special experience. The level of practices is also suitable for beginners.
We will spend the week together between sea, sun, land and culture with many walks, tastings and, if you want, tours, boat trips and unforgettable experiences.
It is important to communicate any food intolerances or allergies and if you prefer a vegetarian breakfast (fill in the appropriate form)

Comfortable surfaces ranging from 70 to 80 m², with two double / twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large panoramic terrace. Independent of the structure, suitable to accommodate from 2 to 6 people, they have independent parking and can enjoy the services of the hotel: swimming pool, library and gym. Room cleaning is guaranteed every 3 days.

Program details
Walking blu to Vendicari beaches
Among trees and sand dunes, we will take an adventurous walk to reach the pristine beaches of Marianelli, Calamosche, Eloro up to the ancient Tonnara. We will follow the crystalline path of the sea and the sounds of nature. We will immerse ourselves in the beauty of this wild and timeless place to abandon ourselves to the intimacy of ourselves and rediscover inner peace.
Experience included in the package price
Program: AR transfer by private bus from the hotel to the Vendicari Park (about 60 km in 60 minutes), discovering the beaches, yoga practice
Trekking e Yoga a Cava Ispica
You will discover with Giovanni’s guide a light trekking experience of about 4 km visiting the necropolis of Cava d’Ispica, full of cave dwellings that cross a large space of time, you will see the Sican castle a multi-storey house, unique in its kind. Admire the variety of fruit trees, plants and flowers of various types, then you will come to our shelter where you will taste quality products chosen for you, with wine typical of the area of cerasuolo di Vittoria, with the presence of a sommelier, you can relax at the refuge in a unique landscape where time seems to have stopped, enjoying a tasty aperitif of typical products. You will then be taken back to the start by another part of the quarry from our environmental guides.
Inside the Cava d’Ispica the practice of the day will be carried out with the masters Andrea and MH OM

Term and Conditions
Booking
After completing the booking form on this page, you will receive a confirmation email, in which we will specify the availability of the selected room and indicate the payment method.
Minimum number of participants
The yoga retreat will be confirmed upon reaching the enrollment of 12 adults, set as minimum number of participants
Conditions
Participation is subject to acceptance of these conditions. To book a deposit of 30% of the total fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
In case of withdrawal the following penalties will be applied:
– 30% of the participation fee up to 60 days before departure
– 100% of the participation fee after more than this deadline
