July 8th : MUSIC AND TRADITIONAL DANCE, a wonderful journey in the tradition with the Folkloric Group “the Boats of Etna” in Catania.

August 6th : OPERA DEI PUPI ( typical marionette theatrical representation ) of the famous company of the Pupari Vaccaro-Mauceri of Syracuse.

August 20th , CANTI, SICILIAN CUNTI AND SERENATE, a love tale, piano (Aldo Giordano), voice and percussion (Salvatore Nocera).

It is an ancient art that is passed on from generation to generation but unfortunately it is likely to be lost in the midst of time. The Sicilian “sfilato” is the ancient embroidery art.
