I start practicing yoga at university, in parallel with my studies in philosophy.\u00a0Unlike the exclusively theoretical research, through practice I discover a path of concrete transformation;<\/span>\u00a0the opportunity to experience – whenever I feel the need – a change, in the body, in the mood, in the general state of my being.<\/span>\u00a0I practice hatha yoga for a few years and then kundalini yoga.<\/span>\u00a0The practice regenerates, makes the body more toned and flexible, and the mind more free and light.<\/span>\u00a0But beyond that it reveals to me something more: it is not only a matter of effective psychophysical exercises, but of an applied philosophy, bearer of a real wisdom, able to put man in contact with himself and with his nature,<\/span>\u00a0opening it to a more conscious relationship with life itself and with the mystery that surrounds it.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Attualmente lavoro a Roma – presso Le Nuvole.Scuola di Yoga diretta da Paolo Ricci – dove oltre a tenere corsi di hatha yoga, hatha yoga dinamico e meditazione, svolgo attivit\u00e0 di docenza in occasione degli intensivi di formazione.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

In 2015 I undertook professional training in Rome with Yoss Giancarlo Miggiano and Beatrice Giampaoli, graduating from the Yoga and Medicine course RYT 200 Yoga Alliance – CSEN. I attend lessons, workshops, in-depth seminars, yoga retreats to enrich my experience and I try to experience daily, in everyday life, the benefits that yoga has given to my life.<\/div>\n<\/div>

Behind the views of Ragusa, with Ibla and in front of the whole world of Modica and the sea, immersed in the countryside with its dry stone walls, grazing cows, olive trees.<\/p>\n

The experience is aimed at anyone who wants to give himself a space of deep listening and wants to find, through nature, the right connection with the universe.<\/p>\n

The yoga practices take place twice a day, in the morning and at sunset, and are accompanied by in-depth insights and moments of meditation. Follow us on Facebook to find out all the details of the program and the experiences we are preparing for you.<\/p>\n

The activities are outdoors, by the sea or in other evocative places specially selected by Andrea and MH OM with Yes in Sicily for a special experience. The level of practices is also suitable for beginners.<\/p>\n

We will spend the week together between sea, sun, land and culture with many walks, tastings and, if you want, tours, boat trips and unforgettable experiences.<\/p>\n
